Job Description

Enter and maintain all order related transactions in SAP
Coordinate inventory flows between refurbishment Centre and 3PL-warehouse and to final customers.
Update and provide tracking information to customers as well as to internal stakeholders.
Track and trace forward/reverse shipments of products and ensure timely. delivery/return; expedite in case of problems / delays.
Keeping close eye on shipment turnaround time and create status reports as required.
Ensure accurate and effective administration of shipping documents and obtain POD's.
Collect "defects" of forward/Reverse logistics, delays, damage in transportation, etc.
Maintain good relationship and interaction with internal organizations, for smooth operation.
Coordination for import/Export shipment.
Ability to handle communications with overseas suppliers and service providers.
