Logistics Coordinator
Job Description
We are looking for individual minimum of 2 years of experience in Logistics industry (US / North American) for full time and long term. Adding Logistics Coordinator/Sales Executives/Freight brokers to our growing team in phase 8b Mohali, Punjab. We need someone who already has some experience in Trucking as a Dispatcher for long and local (dry-van /reefer/ Flatbed and Intermodal containers) work. We are looking for a reliable logistics coordinator to be responsible for the overall activities. Excellent communication skills Customer service oriented Proactive, Enthusiastic and approachable -Should have basic Computer knowledge for emails, excel spreadsheets and transportation management system. - Accurately enter data and create various reports for internal/ external use. Scheduling pickup and delivery appointments for drivers. Follow established procedures for processing bills. Collaborates and offers assistance to other team members in delivering optimal transportation service solutions.
- Knowledge of - GPS systems and Geography
- - Load booking (DAT / TRUCKSTOP and DAT)
