The Role

Where you fit As a Service Integration Analyst, you will understand, delivers or improves scopes that cover service management activities, Hybrid on-premises and Cloud operational landscapes with many integration points; and the integration of the interdependent services of diverse internal and external service providers into end-to-end services. What’s the role? As the Service Integration Analyst, you will assist in the support of infrastructure services provided by the IT organization in remaining integrated with key ITIL processes such as Demand Management, Request Management, Incident and Problem Management & Change and Release Management. You will aid in ensuring new infrastructure services are leveraged by applications in line with the ITIL requirements for application and service delivery. Other responsibilities include:
  • Manage end-to-end aspects of EOL (End of Life) Processes such as scoping, and discovery with the ability to perform due diligence and share with stakeholders
  • Risk Analysis and Documentation for all associated processes.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders for Planning and Integration related activities
  • Creating various reports based on business requirements and circulating them at the agreed frequency and agreed format which may need flexibility and adaptability.
What We Need from You
  • A Bachelor’s degree in IT and/or Management
  • Knowledgeable in ITIL Process – Incident / Problem & Change Management
  • Proven IT Experience & ServiceNow experience in process and reporting
  • With a complete understanding of ServiceNow, specifically relevant to reporting/ dashboard
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of Security and regulatory policies.
  • Skilled in negotiating win-win solutions with stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, able to achieve results through influence, intervention & drive rather than through traditional line organization
  • Excellent team player skills and is highly experienced at creating and managing relationships with stakeholders at various levels, singly and in groups
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively & influence others in a cross-functional, multi-application, multi-service providers environment
  • Self-starter with good analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Experience of working in a virtual cross-cultural global team environment
  • Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences
  • Ability to take periodic calls outside of working hours to facilitate working in a global environment
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively & influence others in a cross-functional, multi-application, multi-service providers environment
  • Knowledge of Power BI and Salesforce will be an added advantage.
