Working in Pune, youwill play a lead role in enhancingVuforiacloud and on-premfunctionality,making cutting-edge augmented realitycapabilitiesa reality. You willbuildhighly scalable services and featuresoptimizedto meet our SLAs. The ultimate goalis to deliver a robust platform which provides our customers the ability to quickly transform their existing CAD and IoT data into detailed augmented reality experiences. Your Impact Looking for a talented and motivated individual who is interested in growingtheir software development skills. As a member of the Vuforia Critical services team, you will work in a fast-paced environment collaborating with peers and other Vuforia teams to deliver services that power Vuforia SAAS and OnPrem Environment. Your Team Your team is co-located inPune but works closely with a number of globally distributed teams and individuals.Theteamis responsible fordevelopingand deploying highlyscalable and always-available services as well as tools to maintain and monitor these services.The teampractices iterative, continuous software development following the DevOps philosophy and agilemethodologies. Your Day-to-Day Implement & maintain features in the existing product suite Design and plan features with your peers Perform code reviews with peers Assist with architectural spikes and explorations Assist product owners with story breakdown and definition Provide support for production systems Interact& consultwith members of the broader team toensure that progress and impact are properly communicated. Must-Have Skills 5+ yearshands-on code development in a collaborative team with excellent software engineering skills. Strong knowledge of coding inNode.js andofTypeScriptor JavaScript Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) Excellent communicator with good spoken and written English Good to have knowledge on Docker and Kubernetes Knowledge on Front end development is an additional advantage BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Science Life at PTC is about more than working with today\'s most cutting-edge technologies to transform the physical world.
