Job Title

Senior Technical Lead / Architect

Experience - 10+ years

Location- Mumbai, MH

Role accountabilities and responsibilities:

A senior technical lead/architect is required to work within a multi-disciplined team to produce and deliver industry leading HR solutions through innovative thinking. As a member of the team, you will have a passion for the product you are developing and have a keen attention to detail.

Proven full stack experience developing Java enterprise application using Spring

Work closely and collaborate in a scrum team with developers, UX and QA.

To develop and unit test quality code as part of an agile team.

Able to drive innovative solutions to technical problems on current and new application functionality

Maintain a high awareness of industry issues and trends, particularly with regards to performance, interface design, best practices, and web accessibility.

To be able to communicate effectively with other non-technical colleagues and stakeholders for project planning, efforts, estimations, and ideas to help drive excellence.

Demonstrate a passion for emerging technologies and continually seek to push the boundaries in everything you do.

Technical Skills and Experience

Hands-on 10+ years coding experience in role of a developer and technical lead

Experience of Agile and DevOps approach to software delivery

Experience of leading medium to large-scale software projects

Proficient with exploratory technical assessment and new technology spike work

Strong Java-based enterprise development background including Spring, REST API, integration technologies and patterns

Exposure to front end web and mobile technologies such as Angular, React, Flutter and AngularJS

Strong knowledge/experience of relation databases and associated ORM mapping technologies such as JPA

Application and web servers \xe2\x80\x93 Payara, Jetty, NGINX and Apache

Experience CI/CD pipeline and cloud orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes

Knowledge in application stack and integration design patterns

An understanding of agile testing approaches including unit, API and UI layer tests using JUnit/NUnit, Cucumber, Selenium etc

Exposure to work with onshore stakeholders
