Role Description This is a full-time on-site Senior Technical Lead role located in Chandigarh. The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions. The Senior Technical Lead will be hands on with coding, and will also provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team. Qualifications Strong experience in software development using technologies such as nodejs, reactjs, nextjs, php, and varuous php frameworks, angular, database Understanding of cloud computing solutions such as SaaS & PaaS Experience leading a team of developers Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues Excellent written and oral communication skills in English Good understanding of Agile methodology and experience in using it to manage software development projects Ability to learn new technologies quickly and effectively Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Relevant industry certifications will be an advantage
