Lead recruiting strategy with a focus on acquiring top diverse talent
Drive team to be compliant and ensure all processes are followed as per audit guidelines
Assigns Recruiter workloads, ensuring that open positions receive adequate coverage
Clearly articulate the "Life's Best Work" employee value proposition at all times when communicating with candidates and HM's
Deploy forecasting and reporting to track recruiting metrics and measure progress against team goals
Provide ongoing reports to track results, progress to goal, impact, hiring quality and cost-effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition team
Use data and information to detect insights and adjust the strategy to increase the impact of the team
Report out strategy updates and team productivity to leadership and hiring teams
Provide expert guidance to our leaders and hiring managers to attract accomplished, diverse candidates
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of business and plans and the likely impact on recruiting needs
Individually recruiting for high-priority, high-impact roles
Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership on process improvement and projects as needed
Capacity planning
Understanding and knowledge of cost per hire model
Driving recruiting programs
Required Skills:
Any Bachelor's Degree
12+ years of recruiting/sourcing or equivalent business experience, with at least 3+ years of experience leading inspired teams and managing managers within progressive companies
Should have experience of bulk/ volume hiring
Experience driving, building and scaling recruiting teams in hyper-growth environments
Experience supporting stakeholders at the senior leadership level, and a high level of comfort with influencing and acting as a strategic thought partner for building talent strategy at scale
Ability to build trusted relationships with people at all levels, across multiple departments and in all geographies
Desire to seek out new experiences, knowledge, and candid feedback and an openness to learning and change
Ability to use data and analytics to develop insights and guide decisions
Understanding of how diversity and inclusion contribute to a company's success, experience leading teams to achieve diversity recruiting goals and experience working with internal and external diversity partners
Strong vendor relationship management
