• Support team on Sourcing candidates through job portals, and LinkedIn for international geographies.
• Engaging in screening candidates' resumes and job applications
• Handling global recruitment in areas such as Canada, US, UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan etc.
• Assessing applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Managing client relationships with global clients.
• Acting as the point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process
