The Talent Acquisition Manager is a hands-on position responsible for the hiring process specifically sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees for Provenir in our APAC region. This person in this role is able to work remotely.
What You’ll Do

  • Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for technical managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives.
  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate interviewing and on-boarding experience.
  • Foster long-term relationships with employee, past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Participate in ad hoc team projects.

Qualifications, Strengths and Skills
Experience – 5+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Management or similar role
Education - BS in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of roles across the EMEA region a strong plus
  • Experience recruiting for technical opportunities
  • Experience in using social media to proactively source candidates
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • High standards, continuously raising the bar, delivering with a sense of urgency; operating with a strong client relationship and satisfaction approach.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
