Job Description


Job Title Senior System Engineer Position summary: The Systems Engineer is driving system features development, integration, and product-level activities throughout the organization\'s teams. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide thought leadership, influence, and hands-on engagement to design, develop, integrate, and support the innovated products for our Enterprise Diagnostic Imaging (EDI). Responsibilities: . Analyzes system-level needs and translate them into product and engineering requirements . Support non-R&D functions to define product requirements . Leads system features feasibility, prototyping, and tradeoff studies as well as quality and performance analysis and improvement effort . Work with various teams on risk analysis and assist in identifying risk mitigation solutions . Product support and management: preparations, installations, troubleshooting, support, feedback analysis, reliability analysis, and follow up . Drive strategic goals and roadmap, play a significant role together with marketing in identifying industry trends in areas pertaining to systems engineering . Understanding and influencing the product creation process to align with the overall organization\'s strategy Education/Skills and Experience Requirements: . Minimum . Bachelor\'s degree in any engineering discipline . Experience of at least 8 years as a system engineer . Experience with requirement documents, risk analysis, system test documents, traceability matrix . Experience in the product development cycle of multidisciplinary systems . Experience in the Medical Devices industry or any other regulated industry . Preferred . Experience in medical imaging systems . Experience in design and development processes that conform to relevant ISO standards, and ability to work in a regulated environment . Ability to work with multisite teams. . Proactive and self-driven .
