: We are looking to hire an experienced senior software developer to head up our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of new software systems. You may also be required to update existing software and conduct feasibility studies on company systems. While your role will be managerial in nature, you will also be expected to code applications, create reports, and mentor junior developers. To ensure success as a senior software developer, you should have high-level managerial skills, in-depth knowledge of programming languages, and outstanding project management skills. Top-class Senior Software Developers know the skills and aptitude of junior staff and assign tasks accordingly. Roles and Responsibilities: Building reusable, optimized, scalable & secure code for future automations Undertake research for technical solutions basis the business use cases Interact, nurture and lead the existing clientele from a tech standpoint Designing solutions using Tag Management Systems for the clients Meeting with development managers to discuss software projects Assigning tasks to junior developers such as coding, testing, debugging, etc. Identify solutions to reduce manual human efforts via automation Managing the delivery of project timelines and tasks Undertake training and learning curriculum for new joiners Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in computer engineering or computer science 3-4 years of Previous experience as a software programmer Prior Tag Management experience is preferred Solid technical background with hands on experience in digital technologies Advanced knowledge of programming languages including JavaScript, HTML5, C++, Java, PHP Experience in creating and maintaining databases Experience working with Agile development technologies Project management skills Ability to gasp customers\' needs and suggest timely technical solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Things which will make you immediately stand out: Experience with Node.js and Python is a plus Proven work experience as Technical Manager is a plus Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Positive, professional, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude. Ability to multitask, detail-oriented and organized. Prioritization skills with ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically. High attention to detail, deadlines, and accuracy with minimum supervision Functional Competency Preferred JavaScript, HTML5, C++, Java, PHP Tag Management Node.js and Python Work location : Bangalore or Mumbai.
