Supporting the Sales operations within the solutions division University degree with at least 7-8 years of work experience in leading a team and process such as General Accounting, Sales Operations, PMO & Data Analysis Produce Monthly/Quarterly reports to Senior Leadership on Pipeline and other financials Organize monthly review calls and present key KPI\'s to management Ensuring strong adherence to Risk and Compliance while auditing/documenting deals Co-ordinate with Key Account Managers/Partners in driving sales operations Detailing minutes and following up on action items Skills Required Team Lead Managing the day-to-day activities of self and team (2 to 3 members) Coach and Mentor, the team with required skills based on client feedback (Internal & External) Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills Conduct monthly check-ins to ensure team and self are aligned with organization/departmental objectives Business Communicate effectively at the management level able to articulate complex business information concisely to the senior management Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint. Exposure to new tools like Power BI, Power query etc. will be a plus. Good understanding of Insurance principles, products & Sales Pipeline Software will be a plus Self-motivated able to adapt to changing expectations with utmost ease & meet deadlines good analytical skills to solve tasks at hand. Awareness of the importance of internal and external clients, understands their needs and works with them to meet divisional goals.
