what you will be doing:

Analyse and interpret data and recommend changes to improve sales performance
Develop reports to monitor Sales Performance for National Sales Office India
Identify business trends utilising data, compile analysis reports that are delivered to the Sales team
Make recommendations to improve results for the purpose of achieving Objectives and appropriate corrective actions to achieve set Goals
Support National Sales Team in budgeting
Support Sales Team on ANAIS, Meeting Broker and Cvent

your experience and skills include:

Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience
At least 2 - 3 years experience in a similar capacity
Bachelor degree in related field. Strong User knowledge of Salesforce, Cvents/Lanyon and Microsoft Excel.
High Computer Proficiency
Excellent Interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all level of employees
Excellent presentation and influencing skills
