Our APIs and platform deal with over 150 billion engagements annually. Sinch, 2nd largest cPaaS and messaging provider in the world is looking for a Sales support talent at its Noida (India) location.

Job Overview:

Looking for energetic, focused, result oriented Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager - Sales Support talent for Noida location. The incumbent will assess the most beneficial relationship to Sinch India and nurture those relationships into mutually productive arrangements as efficiently as possible.

Should have at least 2 to 5 years of experience in handling backend sales support function & having successful track record of supporting Sales Team. Must have exposure to interaction with senior level executives and should have excellent communication & relationship management skills.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ongoing and future due Tenders list so that Team could reach-out to customer before publishing the Tender.
  • Prepare Tender documents and arrange relevant approval in place.
  • Follow-up with customer where our EMD DD/BG is stuck and to ensure that payments should collect on time by team.
  • Follow-up with customer service team if customer requires anything.
  • To assist Field Team, as and when if asked to share any proposal or documents with client.
  • Provide support to team by ensuring every visit or prospect is captured in sales force.
  • Support Team for onboarding the client.
Skills Set Required:
  • Experience - 2 to 5 years relevant experience in Sales Support role
  • Good command over MS Excel and PPT.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills.
  • Should have sound quantitative, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with technology and business development.
  • Preferred experience in Telecom sales, banking or cloud service sales.
  • Should be a graduate/MBA from a recognized institute.
  • It is a work from office role and job location is Sec 132, Noida.
