Build an engaging product for B2B customers across India and products for the internal team for business efficiency.

Understand business requirements and translate them into tech spec and charting out product path. Look at the data and help with data-backed decisions and designing logic for the Tech team.

Writing down test cases, building them with the developer, solving the edge cases, and testing for bugs.

Working in Loops - Plan, Implement, Release, Feedback, Iterate.

Ability to work and communicate effectively in a cross-functional environment with marketing, engineering, operations, etc.

Knowledge and experience with B2B application products, technologies, and architecture.

Strong analytical thinking and ability to make decisions based on both quantitative data and qualitative insights.

Experience working with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, Leadsquared, etc. Experience in Zoho is preferred.

Excellent communication skills including presentation, written, verbal, and email.
