Inviting applications for the role of Senior Product Manager .

About The role-

Our product team is dedicated to solving our customer’s problems and is passionate about being a pioneer in technology innovation for specific business problems that are valuable but also viable. Our product managers contribute to our product team a solid knowledge of the various constraints of the business and a deep understanding of our users and customers, deep empathy on customer problems and the data about how our customers engage with our products. Finally, our product managers are expected to track industry trends and the competitive landscape as they pertain to her product and provide recommendations on new opportunities and markets.
As a Senior product manager, also act as an evangelist and influence your teammates, as well as colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives, through your use of data and logic.

Responsibilities:

• The product manager must collaborate closely with her product designer, engineers and business teams to discover effective solutions, and then work together to deliver those solutions to market. Shipping is necessary, but not sufficient.
• Create and build product roadmap and strategy in collaboration with leadership team.
• Define Product Vision – Create product roadmap, identify the product market fit, areas for investment and potential for innovation in the market.
• Show creativity and attention to detail in identifying patterns and discerning market movements to define product development direction.
• Drive Product strategy - break down the product vision and drive product strategy and analyze product market fit.
• Product Requirements - Create and maintain business requirements for the technical teams.
• Conduct usability tests to validate business ideas and document the insights and interaction models based on user feedback.
• Execution of Product Planning and Development – Include customer goals and business requirements for product release, ensuring implementation is aligned with product goals and requirements.
• Act as mentors and leaders within the organization to continuously improve the team standards and junior product managers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of overall tech experience and a minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager.
• Ability to see the big picture, effectively evaluate trade-offs and drive consensus across business units and serve as an effective liaison between customers and engineering.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions.
• High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously while delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong experience in defining and documenting product requirements, functional specifications and market research.
• Robust verbal and written communication skills with proven experience engaging and influencing senior executives.
• Any Bachelor’s degree and an MBA or Master’s Degree from a premier institute.

• Ship features and functions that are valuable to the users and are viable for business.
• Deliver on and document SWOT, Strategy formulations, PRDs and user stories as it applies.
