Roles and Responsibilities
- Candidate will be responsible for handling Marketing function of Pediatric Segment Based at Mumbai.
- He will be responsible for launching new products & strengthening the existing brands.
- He should be creative, innovative & effective in man management.
- He will prepare & implement promotional strategies & should be Creative.
- He will be responsible for the design Promotional / communication strategies for the various brands of the organization.
- He need to undertake the customers oriented campaign & special activities for priority products.
- He will be responsible for campaign & special activities planning for Key Opinion Leaders.
- He will prepare Monthly / Quarterly brand review & monitoring.
- He is responsible for Field Work to review & evaluate strategy implementation.
- He will do co-ordination with all support function for effective implementation of marketing strategy.
Required Candidate profile 1. B. Pharma / B. Sc and MBA in marketing , 6 to 10 years in Pharma Sales & Marketing out of 2 to 3 years as / Product Manager/Senior Product Manager handling Pediatric segment. 2. He should have good knowledge of Pediatric Segment. 3. He should be good in launching new products and strengthening existing brands. 4. He should be exceptionally well organized with a track record that demonstrates self motivation, creativity and initiatives to achieve both personal and corporate goals.
