Job Description

We are currently hiring a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead the talent acquisition function and help the organisation hire top talent in a timely, efficient cost-effective manner while promoting diverse inclusive hiring practices. This is an extremely important hire for us.

The is required to have led TA in Tech/Product Startup space (must)

Responsibilities

The candidate has to perform the below responsibilities :

- Stay connected and bring the best Industry knowledge and Practice to the Org and Function

- Gain in-depth understanding of current talent acquisition processes and practices. Assess effectiveness and recommend enhancements to keep pace with business objectives, candidate needs and external trends.

- Align talent acquisition efforts solutions to achieve strategic initiatives and operating objectives that are integral to supporting evolving business plans, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement

- Lead, manage, develop and engage a team of 4-5 Recruiters building functional and leadership capability within the team and adequate resourcing for current and future needs

- Provide leadership and advice on best ways to build robust external talent pipeline; proactively source for high-quality candidates and maintain relationships with talent for future opportunities.

- Create and nurture relationships with external agencies/sources of talent, develop creative and alternative external sources of talent and keep on leading edge of external recruitment best practices

- Lead the development of TA metrics and analytics to increase the effectiveness of recruitment and selection

- Assess and improve practices to ensure candidates receive a best-in-class experience at all touch points throughout the recruitment process.

- Ensure all TA policies, processes and practices are in full compliance with all local, country and Company rules, regulations and requirement

- Analyze team metrics and data to ensure an accurate picture is available for business area to make informed decisions

- Work with enhance Employer Branding and candidate experience, collaborate with business, HR, and Recruitment leadership to meet overall business objectives

Experience And Background :

- Should have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience and at least 3 years of experience in leading the Talent Acquisition Function.

- Bachelor's/PG degree in Human Resources or Business-related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Deep understanding of Talent Acquisition methodologies, and recruitment processes, including experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods; assessment and selection trends and market insights

- A solutions-focused mindset and ability to work in an environment which demands the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions

- Ability to interface effectively with business and HR professionals at all levels and collaborate / work within a team context

- Strong interpersonal skills and organizational savvy; listens and communicates in a direct, succinct manner; able to navigate within a large corporate environment and influence key internal clients and stakeholders

- Must be well organized, detail oriented, analytical and possess strong problem-solving skills

- Strong working knowledge of ATS and other data management tools desired

Job location is in Bangalore and this is an Inoffice role
