Job Description

Purpose :

- Control/ monitor/review/ AR, provide analytical support to business team to improve Gross to Net ratio and check deduction log.

- Accountable for monitor, review and approval for North America Generics OTC process which includes Gross to Net sales accounting, sales flash reporting, Account receivable clearing, simplification and automation with the support of a team size consist of 3 people and various support function like UPS Team, Vistex team, SAP team, IT team.

Preferred : 8-yrs experience in North America Generics Business and accounting

I. Business Partnering & Sales Controlling:

- Review Secondary Sales and Channel Inventory

- Business Partnering with Commercial team

- Daily and Monthly Management reports with commentary

- Validate customer contracts and highlight GTN points

- Sales Closing and Sales controlling

- Revenue Recognition based on Trend

- Review of Daily/Weekly flash to BU before circulation ensuring accuracy

II. Pricing of DTM Market and Government Business:

- Work closely with commercial team on pricing of new launches and ROFR

- Work with CEO of Government Business for various decision related to Tender business

III. Monitor / Control Accounts receivable and Sales GL:

- Regular review of customer account balances,

- Review of Customer deductions and validate the deductions

- Monitor overdue invoices and co-ordinate with UPS/commercial team to minimise overdue invoices

- Weekly tracking of AR Ageing

- Review and reconciliation of GTN P&L and accrual GL balance with working file before books closing

IV. Collection and Cash flow Forecast:

- Collection forecast for Wholesaler and Retailers

- Manage Treasury and Factoring of receivables if any

- Focus on lowering DSO

- Analysis of customer ATB balance and identify/analyse claims before they deducted

V. Coordinate with Internal/External auditors by providing audit data to ensure alignment with audit plan:

- Provide balance confirmation of invoices for key accounts

- Work-out with auditor to resolve reported audit observations
