Overview

• Managing complete Material Resource Planning (MRP) process for RM-PM of all 4 COSO/10 Co pack locations
• Managing entire supply chain of Quaker and identifying saving opportunities in freight cost
• Centralized resource of all RM-PM Planning for all the COSO plants and 10 Conversion Co packs
• Managing VMI portal for Laminate and seasoning for all the COSO plants
• Managing complete Change-over Management process for formulation change/pack change to ensure minimum Write -off.
• Delivering RM-PM write off within AOP to reduce the cost.

• Driving the Material planning process for all COSO and conversion Copack and Supply Chain Process for Quaker operation
• Managing complete MRP process for material planning of all COSO and conversion Copacks
• Managing entire supply chain of Quaker and identifying saving opportunities in freight
• Managing complete RM-PM planning of Quaker plants independently
• Centralized resource of all RM-PM Planning for all four COSO plants and 10 Conversion Co packs
• Co-coordinating with BU Supply Planning Team, BU Marketing Team and Global Procurement Team to ensure the timely delivery of all NPDs laminates/seasoning.
• Managing Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) portal for Laminate and seasoning for all the COSO plants
• Working with HQ finance, Plant LD&T and Plant commercial team on monthly SLOB process
• Reviewing and Maintaining the MRP parameters for all plants in India periodically
• Closely monitoring the RM-PM inventory to reduce the DII
• Quaker FG Supplying planning for PAN India
• Quaker FG Supply planning for Bangladesh
• Quaker raw material ordering for Bangladesh
• Centralised manual working of all Limited Time Offers (LTO) and share with plant for RM-PM ordering
• Centralized manual working for innovation, first 3 months ordering and share with plant for raising the Purchase orders
• Working with BIS for all automation related to Material planning for all new COSO/Co-packs

• Education: Post Graduate and Degree/Diploma in Material Management
• Functional Experience: 3+ year preferred in Material Planning, Knowledge of SAP environment.
• Language: English, Hindi
• At least 5-7 years of Supply Chain experience in a FMCG industry (preferably food industry)
