Roles and ResponsibilitiesPerspectiveKey Performance Indicators Social Media
Co-ordinate with external agencies and manage the brand presence on social media channels
Develop and execute social media growth strategies
Manage media budgets to build strong brand presence and generate leads
Manage all digital chatter and develop response protocols, working closely with the customer service teams
Maintain positive brand sentiment and monitor the same using online reputation management tools
Analyze performance and provide insights for social media channels by maintaining monthly dashboards
Brand Management
Define brand communication across all touch points, physical and digital
Co-ordinate with external agencies to manage the brand perception and positioning
Monitor market trends, research competition and consumer markets
Develop ATL and BTL marketing strategies
Design media campaigns to amplify the brand
Identify consumer insights to understand gaps, opportunities and contribute to brand innovation
Conduct Brand Track and NPS studies with external agencies
