JOB DESCRIPTION Position Manager/Sr. Manager - Internal Assurance Band 4/4A Department Internal Assurance Function Internal Assurance Reporting to Associate Vice President - Internal Assurance Location Gurugram (HO) JOB SUMMARY Objective of this role is to mitigate the employee misconduct related to workplace/behaviour issues and fraud risk through implementation of organizational HR, Compliance & Anti-Fraud Policy. Incumbent will be responsible for investigating and devising procedures to enable strong employee culture and deter frauds through effectively managing, and design and deployment of investigative procedures, and driving internal consequence management and legal action through Law enforcement agencies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Workplace Case Management Investigation of complaints between employees for workplace misbehaviour, conflict management and other behaviour related issues Conduct Forensic investigation of financial and Corporate frauds to establish the allegation adequately supported by incrementing evidences and facts. Ensuring all investigations are completed within stipulated timelines with minimum escalation Recommendation for disciplinary actions as per Employee Disciplinary Action Process of Company Support regional and zonal distribution teams on areas of concerns with regards to workplace behavior Prepare and present an update on the significant outcomes to management and contribute towards the update to Risk / Audit Committee of the Board. Providing insights to management through data analytics Consequence Management Ensure timely closure of all disciplinary actions as per stipulated timelines Coordination with Internal Assurance, HR business partners and Legal for smooth and timely closures Support HR business partners in inquiries and actions, wherever required Management dashboards on key trends and areas of concern and improvement with respect to ethics and culture Generate ideas for process improvements within function and department Policy review Review Company policies in line with \'Speed and simplicity\' Work with Compliance and legal functions to ensure all policies are contemporary and comprehensible KEY SKILLS: Excellent Investigation and report writing skills Ability to influence change and dispute resolution Strong Communication and Relationship Management skills High Process Orientation Strong Analytical, business understanding and collaboration skills Flexibility for traveling to locations for investigations, wherever required MEASURES OF SUCCESS : Timely closures of all investigations and consequence management Reduction in employee complaints related to workplace behaviours through dialogue and data analytics Disciplinary Actions to be closed as per stipulated timelines for all processes requiring consequence management Minimum escalations from field and management Desired qualification and experience: 5-8 years of handling investigations (workplace and others), Compliance, Human Resource, Internal Control/Audits, report writing, Grievance redressal, etc. Excellent Interpersonal andcommunication skill, Ability to work in tight timelines JOB DESCRIPTION Position Manager/Sr. Manager - Internal Assurance Band 4/4A Department Internal Assurance Function Internal Assurance Reporting to Associate Vice President - Internal Assurance Location Gurugram (HO) JOB SUMMARY Objective of this role is to mitigate the employee misconduct related to workplace/behaviour issues and fraud risk through implementation of organizational HR, Compliance & Anti-Fraud Policy.
