Job Description

Role : Manager/ Senior Manager Revenue Assurance

:

- Ensure daily accounting and timely monthly closure of the revenue accounting

- Ensuring student registration fee is updated and reconciled on daily basis

- Ensuring Fee Due as per the fee plan data for new enrolment is updated in ERP on daily basis and reconciled on weekly basis.

- Timely invoices generation for fee dues

- Ensuring Fee received from student is mapped correctly against the Fee dues and updated in the accounting system on daily basis.

- Ensure Revenue is recognised for the enrolled students on the basis of program delivery schedule.

- Preparation of monthly/quarterly Revenue Schedules and submit to GL Team

- Provide timely and proper verification for Upgrade Approvals and Exit Option continue / discontinue requests of centres

- Providing confirmation to AOP team for monthly closure of revenue accounting

- Circulation of Monthly MIS detailing revenue metrics (revenue recognition data, Fee Deposits, subsequent realization, PDCs to be deposited in next 3 months, etc) to the Corporate MIS Team

- Ensure timely resolution of Operational Queries (Fee Reversal verification, NEFT Issues, etc)

- Supporting in timely completion of internal audit as per internal audit calendar & Monitoring of timelines & action plan for compliance with audit observations

- Preparing quarterly Debtors walk through reconciling with Deferred Revenue and Revenue recognised

- To coordinate with Statutory Auditors and provide timely resolution to their queries

Qualification : Inter CA/ICWA/CMA with experience in Revenue accounting preferably from education/retail industry

Key Skills :

- Well versed with working on ERP and Point of sales software

- Good Excel Skills with VBA knowledge

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Team Player
