Sr. Manager HR and IR
Reports To: General Manager - Works
Location: - Nashik Satpur.
Experience - 10 to 15 years
Role Brief :
- Will be responsible for HR and IR of the entire company and will have to travel to all locations of the company including Plants and Offices etc., (min 3 years in senior position as head) Exp in HR & IR (handling contract labour)
- Experience in HR and IR (Handling Contract Labour) Should have worked in Manufacturing Company having multi-locations, with min employee count of 400+.
