Position title - Sr. Manager - Human Resources

Experience - 9 - 15 Years (Post MBA preferred)

Location - Mumbai

The role necessitates close collaboration with all the partners and also our investee companies to meet the requirements listed below.

- Devise and carry out a targeted talent research strategy.

- Map role criteria, define position description, track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.

- Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.

- Deep passion for start-ups, superb communicator and a relentless net-worker. Methodical and persuasive decision maker, highly proactive, detail-oriented and self-motivated.

- Payroll & Statutory Compliances

- HR Operations & Administration

Required Attributes, Academics and Experience :

- Graduate / Post Graduate from TIER 1 Institute

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Team Handling Experience
