Senior Manager - FP&A - Financial Planning and Analysis - Required for A Fortune 500 Organization ! Mumbai

Our client is a Fortune 500 organization in the Financial Services, Payments and Banking domain. They have operations across the Globe and this requirement is for their Mumbai offices.

They are looking to hire a few Senior Manager FP&A for their Finance Unit which provides services to their Units in India and Overseas.

Key Responsibilities for the role would be:

- Financial leadership, working closely with senior management to drive informed decision-making

- Budgeting & Forecasting - Creating realistic Financial Plans & Accurate Forecasts

- Conduct comprehensive analysis of financial and operational performance

- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and process improvements

- Prepare executive-level reports, highlighting key financial metrics and performance indicators

- Month end Books closure

- Business lines P&L Analysis, expense monitoring and tracking

To qualify for this position you should:

- CA or MBA

- 10+ years in financial planning and analysis

- Highly proficient at working with multiple data sets and be sharp with numbers.

- Have a strong commercial sense and understanding of the Operating cost levers of the business.

- Good understanding of the Banking/Fintech Industry processes, revenue levers, cost items and ability to drive efficiencies in the business.

- Ability to work with cross functional teams on-site/off-site and help drive both analysis and execution.
