Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Change Management Lead

In this role, you will be required to create a customized Change Management strategy for the projects and specifically focus on the post Go live adoption / sustaining the change.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with project teams to understand the nature of change, gather all relevant docs and establish a regular cadence, and share MoMs with action items and timelines to track the progress (project manage from Change Management standpoint)
  • Conduct readiness assessments, stakeholder mapping exercise, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side of change caused by projects, programs, or other change efforts.
  • Responsible to coordinate with contractor responsible for content curation, finetuning of messages and first level review before sharing with business for sign off \xe2\x80\x93 regular cadence to be set up with the contractor
  • Responsible to work closely with external agency for the project-wise creative campaign \xe2\x80\x93 sharing the requirements for comms/ creative campaign, briefing them, addressing all queries, track all timelines for deliverables, share with business and take sign off. You will have to then request final versions of the comms/mailers etc. for the release.
  • Coordinate with business or point of contact to get the comms released (mailbox owner)
  • Responsible to manage \xe2\x80\x93 growth communication mailbox and Digital workplace communication to release mails
  • Responsible to manage complete PR-PO creation process, taking business and FP& A signoff, details to be shared with HR shared services for PO creation
  • Responsible to maintain the PO status for all projects and highlight in case of limit is exhausted
  • Responsible for regularly share the financial health of the PO with Shubhra
  • Responsible to work closely with the AP helpdesk team to get the invoices cleared if delayed and share the status with contractor and external agency
  • Responsible for monthly Change management reviews with leadership, preparing decks and sharing with Shubhra for review
  • Responsible for GTalk overall campaign and work closely with Anjali to prepare the monthly calendars, connect with Spocs, overall execution of webinars, invites, playbacks and uploading of curated bytes on the portal
  • Develop a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change.
  • Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
  • Coordinate and work closely with the project teams to help identify the success metrics
  • Develop a creative change campaign \xe2\x80\x93 to identify the \xe2\x80\x9cwhat\xe2\x80\x99s in it for me \xe2\x80\x9cfor the impacted audience to draft right messages
  • Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans \xe2\x80\x93 including leadership actions, associate engagement tactics, training, communications, metrics, and reinforcement. Support the execution of the change plans.
  • Be an active and visible coach to executives\xe2\x80\x99 leaders who are change sponsors.
  • Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes.
  • Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions Create and enable reinforcement mechanisms and celebrations of success.
  • Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
  • Work with communication, training, HR, and other stakeholders in the formulation of particular plans and activities to support project implementation.

Minimum qualifications
  • Postgraduate (any stream)
  • Relevant experience in Change Management
Preferred qualifications
  • PROSCI certification will be an added advantage
