Job Description

About the role:

1. Understanding the applicable IND AS with the auditors, conversion and restatement of financial statements according to IND AS

2. Ensuring that the financial statements are prepared as per the applicable IND AS/ IGAAP, guiding the team wherever required

3. Reviewing the financial statements to ensure factualy accuracy and correctness

4. Coordinating with the auditors for any opinion,guidance needed related to any business arrangements

5. Ensuring all our audits (Statutory, Internal, IFC, Tax and Bank audits ) and Due diligence are completed within the statutory timelines

6. Managing and driving the monthly MIS to be shared with the management and investors. Ensuring timely and accurate MIS reporting

7. Streamlining our internal processes and controls with a view to implement best indutry practises relevant to Bizongo

8. Streamling the MIS reporting process to make the same more efficient and robust

9. Collaborating with the tech and product team to automate the existing processes

10. Coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth completion of our audits and due diligence

11. Working with internal teams and auditors to set up process for publishing quarterly results and carrying out quarterly LR\'s

12. Cash flow and treasury management, fund management
