About Our Client
Our client is a multinational transportation and logistics platform with operations in multiple locations in India. They are currently looking for a senior legal counsel for their Hyderabad LocationContract drafting, vetting and negotiation including but not limited to IT/ITEs agreements, master service agreements, supply chain agreements, vendor agreements etc
Research on data privacy and formulate the data privacy framework governing the organisation
Litigation management and formulating strategy to minimise litigation
Ensures on-going compliance with defined processes and procedures, relevant legislation and external regulations, and predefined agreements. May include review of policies or standards to ensure compliance or design of new policies/ standards if appropriate.
The Successful Applicant
You should be an LLB graduate with minimum six years of experience having handled commercial contracts preferably contracts relevant to the IT/ITEs set ups. Knowledge of Data privacy laws in also essential. You must have good communication and stakeholder management skills.What\'s on Offer
