We\'re looking for a Senior Legal Counsel This role is Remote

We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel. This position will be part of our EMEA & APJ Legal team and candidate can be located in Mumbai or Hyderabad or Pune. This will be a permanent contract. In this role you will...

• Draft and negotiate software license agreements and various other contracts.
• Collaborate and strategize with business executives and sales managers on deal structure and approach.
• Provide counsel to all departments and levels of the business in multiple countries.
• Work closely with Associate General Counsel, International to manage the legal and corporate affairs of the company.
• Be able to cover ad-hoc legal queries and provide succinct advice to the business on contractual disputes and interpretation as well as be able to deal with a variety of legal issues including corporate law, regulatory matters and IT and technology matters
• Strong consideration for privacy and security obligations.

You\xe2\x80\x99ve got what it takes if you...

• Graduate or Post-graduate in Law (LLB, LLM) from a reputable university.
• Have Minimum if 7 years of Professional experience in Law.
• Have a background of working within the Software Industry (SAAS would be a strong advantage)
• Have extensive professional experience in Commercial Law
• Have professional experience in international company and in negotiations with clients in India, APJ and EMEA.
• Are fluent in spoken and written English (additional language is a benefit).
