About the Team Global Support Operations & Enablement (GSOE), part of Workday’s Global Customer Support organization, implements programs to support the goals and priorities of Support, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience at Workday. The Support Readiness & Enablement team partners with GSOE counterparts and Support business partners to enable exceptional workmate performance.
About the Role
Responsibilities
Deliver timely and relevant learning programs that enable success globally:


  • Analyze impacts and gaps to establish learning needs; establish proficiency standards; develop and deliver instructional programs that are integrated with learner workflows

  • Establish results targets, measure results, and communicate outcomes to business partners; driving drive continuous improvement in learning programs

  • Partner with leaders to plan and execute team-specific learning programs and workshops

  • Facilitate awareness and access to career development opportunities


Types of enablement programs supported in this role include:

  • Organizational change initiatives and strategic priorities

  • Processes, systems, and tools

  • Workday business and products

  • New hire training and onboarding

  • Team building and career development

About You
The Sr. L&D Program Manager is accountable for delivering instructional content aligned with the organization's business goals. This role requires an adaptive and agile self-starter that deeply understands Support's business priorities and day-to-day operations.
Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree, professional certification or verified work experience in a related field

  • 5+ years in Organizational Enablement, Change Management, or Learning & Development

  • 5+ instructional design experience and facilitating training both in person and virtually

  • 3+ years designing, developing and delivering eLearning

  • 3+ years leading complex projects

Other Qualifications

  • Demonstrated written, verbal and visual communication; presentation and facilitation skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills

  • Highly adaptable to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment

  • Organized with impeccable attention to detail

  • 3+ years mentoring and informally leading colleagues
