Team and Position Summary:

We are the Strategy & Operations ("StratOps") team, and we are continuously raising organizational effectiveness by leading high-impact strategic programs. Our charter involves solving complex problems that require cross-functional collaboration and engagement with senior leaders/high impact technology teams across the organization.

We strategize and execute horizontal programs that leverage deep competencies in respective technical and functional areas.

We pave the way to future growth by cross-pollinating best practices and running cross-functional strategic programs.

We focus on tech initiatives, operations program management and tech skill enablement & learning, in addition to working with leadership on long-range strategic planning and companywide initiatives.

Do you have between 10 and 15 years of experience in the technical enablement and learning space?

Do you have prior experience in training design and development, various phases of the training life cycle, and agile practices for training development?

Do you like to work with stakeholders to understand complex training needs and translate them into targeted learning initiatives?

Do you like to program manage and drive complex change across the organization e.g. building a culture of continuous learning for learners, operational effectiveness and accountability for the tech enablement function, and alignment between learning and business goals?

We're now looking for a strong Program Manager (Learning Operations) to join our team, and--if your answer to all of the above is yes--this could be you!

Position Responsibilities:

Through this role you have an opportunity to develop an effective and efficient learning function which acts a strong partner to the business

You will partner with senior people and functional leaders to determine learning needs for various roles, technologies, tools, and engineering practices

You will partner with Finance, Communications, and People Tech teams to activate the launch of various programs

You get to collaborate with team members to develop and drive adoption of agile and consistent practices for training design and development via sprints and ceremonies

In this role it would be important for you to regularly track, report, and present overall health of the learning programs and operational metrics. Examples include time and budget utilization, number of learning hours (delivered/consumed), NPS and engagement scores

You will analyze data to derive patterns and trends in the delivery and consumption of learning programs to recommend incremental interventions

You will develop learning governance and advisory structures which would be instrumental in embedding the learning function as a key partner to the business

You will also be called upon to support the coaching and training of other team members to ensure all are confident in delivering high impact to the business through effective use and adoption of available interventions

Position Requirements:

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering/science/education

Holds credentials awarded by Project Management Institute e.g. Project Management Professional (PMP)

10 years of experience in technical enablement and learning space

5 years of experience in project/program management with impact across 15,000+ associates

Hands-on experience with JIRA/Sharepoint/Learning Management System and BI reporting in Tableau/Power BI

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Excellent influencing skills with business stakeholders, engineering/product leaders, and executive sponsors

Excellent presentation skills

Additional Qualifications:

Holds advanced credentials in instructional design/learning & development/digital marketing/product management

Knowledge/Experience in Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, xAPI, and Learning Experience Platforms

Aware of the key technology trends and a thorough understanding of cloud technologies

Exposure to retail technology would be preferred
