About the Team Uber Shuttle is an everyday commute product that is safe, reliable and affordable. With just a few taps and a short walk, Shuttle makes it easy for riders to book a guaranteed seat in an air-conditioned bus from a selection of routes and pick-up stations. We currently operate across India, MEA, Europe and LATAM. What You\'ll Do Lead Expansion: Plan and lead the expansion to multiple new cities in the region. Build a prioritization plan and define key milestones for each city. Project manager: Manage the city through scaleup to maturity. Make sure different teams are aligned and working in tandem to deliver on important milestones. Analyze data: Keep a tab on the metrics and delve into the network, rider & driver metrics to identify gaps, develop hypotheses and use data to drive solutions and work with cross-functional teams to ensure constant progress. Scale: Find opportunities to optimize, streamline or automate processes to improve the efficiency and speed of expansion and scaleup to subsequent cities. Be an owner: We\'re building a business and there\'s a lot that we don\'t know. You will need to be a self-starter that doesn\'t shy away from facing challenges and takes initiative to ensure we move the business forward. What You\'ll Need 3+ years of operational experience preferably in the tech industry Prior experience in expansion or 0 to 1 building experience will be a strong plus Data-driven decision-making ability & sound judgment through analytical thinking to assess problems.
