Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Information Technology Recruiter. The Senior IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, technical recruiting, hiring, and recruiting for IT positions.
Qualifications:
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment Skills
- Experience in Technical Recruiting and Hiring
- Experience in Recruiting for IT Positions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and clients
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
- Experience in recruiting for both permanent and contract positions is a plus
- Experience in Client Roles is must
- open to travel across India
