We are seeking a personable, experienced human resources business partner to join our growing organization. In this position, you will primarily act as a consultant for company management on all issues related to human resources. You should be a proactive communicator and change agent, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions.
The incumbent would be responsible for identifying, leading and supporting the implementation of Rockwell Automation people strategies, policies, processes & programs to support the company\xe2\x80\x99s growth and performance strategy.
A blend of strategic and tactical deliverables, this role is responsible for ideating, designing and executing the Talent Strategy of the business groups. Working closely with the business leadership and country/ regional/ global HR teams, endeavor would be to enable business for much stronger performance and to build a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the needs of the business and partner with leaders to achieve their goals.
  • Ensure business has the skills, competency, structure and rewards to achieve short- and long- term strategic priorities.
  • Leveraging business acumen to partner with business leaders effectively.
  • Partnering with HR colleagues, COEs, HR Services, and business leaders to create focus on business goals, including delivery of organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
  • Identify the need for policies, programs, and actions to support/ achieve business goals.
  • Plan the resource requirements to achieve business outcomes.
  • Continuously assess talent and ensure a solid pipeline in place.
  • Ensure high level of leadership capability in the businesses and functions.
  • Drive a strong performance-based culture.
  • Implement HR interventions that support organization\xe2\x80\x99s needs.
  • Consult, advise, and enable business leaders to help them succeed.
  • Work with India HR Head to program manage assigned HR projects.
  • As a senior member of the India HR Team, provide guidance and coaching to other HR team members.
  • Participate in APAC and global projects, as need be; represent India HR team on internal and external forums.

Experience
  • Full time Graduation (Any field) and Post graduate degree in Human Resources or business-related field.
  • Minimum 8-12 years of HR experience with at least 5 years of HR Generalist experience in IA/Software/ IT product development company.
  • Good understanding of software/ IT business environment.
  • Experience of designing and executing people policies, programs and processes particularly targeted towards software/ IT domain.
  • Experience of working in matrixed environment/ managing global stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of HR functional programs including Talent Development, Compensation and Benefits, Succession Planning, Leadership Review, Organizational Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Change Management as well as Workforce Planning to people plans specific to business needs.
