Currently, we are looking for a Senior Human Resources Analyst who wants to join our HR team and be a key contributor to every aspect of our employees’ lifecycle from onboarding to the retention and continuous development of our organization. What You'll do:

• Support the entire employee lifecycle events with the objective of developing, implementing, and driving results aimed at increasing organizational effectiveness
• Own the new hire experience from identifying coaching teams, owning welcome and organizational communications, to the continuous enhancement and execution of their first 90-day onboarding experience
• Assist in the ideation and cultivation of AST cultural attributes (e.g., diversity, inclusion), leadership principles, and other talents, learning, and organizational development initiatives (e.g., talent planning, succession planning).
• Analysis of HR program effectiveness (e.g. - talent initiatives, exit data, diversity metrics)
• Research best practices and programs that can further drive the innovation of AST talent engagement, retention, and development initiatives.
• Initiate and implement innovative initiatives that help build employee engagement
• Support the performance management process with a focus on consistent implementation and capability building
• Support the business and HR function in areas of performance, leadership development, change management and global talent initiatives
• Support training and development needs through the planning and delivery of training programs as identified

What You'll Bring:

• 7 – 9 years of related human resources experience
• Master's in human resources or any other related degree preferred
• Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative, and able to work independently and among teams with keen judgment, common sense, and resourcefulness.
• Demonstrated professionalism, tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgment.
• Ability to interface comfortably and communicate professionally and effectively with associates and leaders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience working with a diverse team and striving for fairness in all people practices.
