We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Senior HR Recruiter to help us in recruiting Lower to Senior level Recruitment.
You will take a lead in all human resources matters. It will be your responsibility to educate, train, monitor, problem-solve, and ensure company HR policy is followed. Your responsibilities include directing and overseeing the hiring.

Responsibilities
Source senior level, Bulk hiring and Technical Recruitment Expertise.
Screen and, interview candidates ensure culture fit candidate
Consult with CPO and CEO on overall hiring strategies and tailor your approach accordingly
Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments
Generate new leads and by network of contacts.
Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals.
Liaise with CPO and CEO to understand role requirements in order to source the most suitable candidates.
Write and post technical and Non technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media and any other relevant channels.
Source, screen and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical and Non technical roles
Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
Maintain a candidate CRM to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified candidates - ensuring candidate data is kept updated
Participate in HR conferences and meetups to network with HR professionals
Keep up-to-date with new technological trends in order to form strategic conversations with CPO and CEO for future hiring needs
