Yellow Straw is a mainline advertising agency and is currently hiring for Noida. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for daily HR operations such as recruitment and talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the Senior HR Manager will design policies and procedures, manage HR budget, and work with cross-functional teams to provide the best employee experience. Qualifications Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations Experience in recruitment and talent management Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution Experience in designing policies and procedures Experience in managing HR budget Experience in maintaining MIS and employee records Bachelor\'s or Masters degree in Human Resources Management or related field Relevant HR certifications and training Minimum Experience: 4 Years Preferance: He/She with work experience in advertising or media industry would be preferred.
