Job Description
Drive HR objectives for the HR team and track progress
r Drive, recommend, co-design, and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
r Support in compensation and benefits plans
r Lead, support, track, improve entire recruitment process
r Coordinate, communicate, collaborate the talent agenda with business team and managers
r Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
r Organize induction, learning and development programs
r Ensure HR staff addresses employees requests and grievances in a timely manner
