Job Description

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support our amazing employees and help grow the HR practice at our Exton, PA location. The person we are looking for will provide counsel and advice to the employees as well as help Genzeon grow. Additionally, this person will provide general HR services, including employee relations, training and development, employee satisfaction strategies, and all other related HR functions. The successful candidate will have strong business acumen and experience working with employees and leaders in a high tech or consulting environment, and will develop a strong working relationship with internal leadership and consult appropriately The HR Coordinator will provide employee and administrative support and work with our leadership and recruiting teams to help develop and grow a formal HR department.

Desired Traits, Skills and Experience

• Be an organized self-starter with demonstrated time management and multi-tasking skills to support the day to day needs of our employees
• Must be well-versed with HR policies, procedures and help to manage administrative duties within the context of our growing HR function and work comfortably in a small business environment
• Must be able to create, manage and enforce the developing policies for Genzeon employees and with our hourly contractors and independent consultants
• Will assist our leadership, operations and project teams with new hire candidate interviews, reference checks, onboarding/orientation and off-boarding, light data entry and filing, assist with various reports and spreadsheets, etc.
• Work with maturity managing confidential information; help create and manage effective internal communications and employee relationship and other career development exercises
• Must have hands on knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, HRIS, CRM, ATS exposure
• HR Certifications are not required, but would be nice to have or the interest in obtaining
• 5 years of experience in an HR support role (more would be nice!) with a completed BA/BS or currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in HR
