We have requirement of Senior HR Executive for a leading Heating Equipment Manufacturing Company located at Vata GIDC area of Ahmedabad
Designation: Senior HR Executive
Sector: Manufacturing
Location: Vata GIDC, Ahmedabad
Qualification: MBA/PGDM - HR
Gender: Any
Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Job Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Working days: Mon-Sat
Week Off: Sunday
Salary: Based on quality of experience of candidate. (30-32K Max)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Attendance & Payroll Management
- Recruitment of Staff as per company requirement.
- To co-ordinate with HR consultant.
- To conduct induction program for newly joined candidates.
- To update & maintain all HR related records.
- Implement & manage HR Policies, Procedures & Performance Management System.
- Establish system for Training & Development of Staff Members.
- Should have knowledge of statutory/legal compliance.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resource, Organizational Behaviour or relevant field
- Strong understanding of HR functions, methods, strategies, procedures, and policies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work individually.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Good presentation and consulting abilities.
