Job Description

As part of a human resources team, Senior HR Executive (Payroll, Comp & Ben) is responsible for payroll cycle, compensation and benefits at Cocneptia. The candidate for this role will have a deep understanding payroll software, statutory compliances and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.Job Title: Senior HR Executive- (Payroll, Comp & Ben)Education: Any DegreeExperience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in payroll processSoftware Proficiency: MS Office and Advanced Excel.Job Location: BengaluruWorkdays: Monday to FridaySalary: 5L to 6LDuties & Responsibilities: Payroll:

  • Conducting payroll transactions in an efficient, accurate & timely manner
  • Maintaining and updating payroll information and resolving any discrepancies
  • Ensuring compliance by following policies and procedures
  • Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as required
Comp & Ben:
  • Designing fair and attractive bonus programs
  • Evaluating how effective the benefit packages are in terms of employee satisfaction
  • Ensuring our compensation plans comply with the relevant legislations
  • Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation plans
  • Draft job descriptions, job analyses and classifications
  • Structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs
  • Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data
Employee Engagement:
  • Be available to employees and managers to provide operational support and guidance on team management, employee relations/counselling, performance management, employee development succession planning along with the handling of "sensitive" or difficult situations.
  • Develop HR solutions to meet internal client requirements and business needs and ensure that these are owned and effectively implemented by line management
  • Ensure employee connect through one-on ones; skip level meetings, Townhalls, etc.
  • Execute various companywide /team level engagement projects campaigns, initiatives and events
  • Work within and actively promote the corporate strategies, policies, procedures and Code of Conduct.
  • Facilitate execution of Reward & Recognition programme
  • Conduct new employee orientation and exit interviews
Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
  • Good at MS-Office
