Job Title: Senior HR Executive -BPO Experience: 3-5Years of HR experience in BPO Visakhapatnam Shift & Education: MBA (HR) / Should be flexible to work in any shift timings Role & Responsibilities MBA in HRM 2-3 years of HR experience in the BPO industry or a relevant field Experience in HR Generalist and Recruitment function Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping Excellent interpersonal relationship building and employee relations Ability to identify the strengths of the Team and work together on Weakness Quick Learner on Process needs Manageable Verbal and Written Communication Skills - English&Telugu Should be highly self-motivated Should be flexible to work as per Business Requirement Ability to conduct Monthly One on One discussions
