SENIOR EXECUTIVE & ASSISTANT (MR) - Nasik
- Experience : 4- 6 years in Plastic Injection Moulding Industry
- Location : Abhijeet Technoplast (India) Pvt Ltd- Nasik
- Qualifications :Diploma or ITI in Plastic Injection Moulding.
- Skill Set : Good Knowledge of 3D Software like Catia/UG/Pro E etc.). Expert in Microsoft Power Point & MS Excel.

- Responsible for Quality department activities.
- To plan and execute internal audits for proper documentation.
- Daily planning & Coordination to assign & control quality team as per work order.
- Coordination & control of Process Inspection Through Daily Product V/S Rejection Analysis.
- Control of inspection, measuring and test equipment.
- Provide Methodology of identification of material and its inspection status at incoming, In-process & final stage.
- To conduct MSA study, Prepare, issue and control of Quality Plans.
- Identify, install and monitor Statistical techniques & Conduct SPC Study.
- Monitoring of cost of quality.(COPQ), Preparation of QRM, SRM presentation.
- Monitoring of calibration of measuring instruments.
- Periodical FMEA & Control plan review on taken actions & Supplier development, PPAP documentation.
- Controlling & Coordinating for Monthly TPM Activities for KK Pillar & QM Pillar.
- Ensuring O gap for ERP Activities Related to Quality.
- Preparing & Representing Quality Department for ISO documentation.
