About OMRON Management Center of Asia Pacific (OMCP)

Short Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible to execute sales in the assigned region stipulated by the management.

2. Responsible to implement & monitor monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans as per the business sales forecast.

3. To achieve individual assigned by the management.

4. To foster sales revenue by offering Omron one step solutions to potential customers and segments like Automotive, FMCG, Pharma, Whitegoods, Energy, Digital, Panel Builders, Infrastructure and OEM (Special purpose machine) segment

5. To create effective account plans for each (KEY) accounts and manage the execution plan against each of these plans.

6. To identify and develop potential customers in the assigned segment and maintain the healthy relationships with the existing customers in the assigned region, ensure IHS (In-House Share %) of existing & new customers & System Integrators grows year on year.
7. End to end Chanel Partner (CP) Management & Building strategic relationship with existing & new CP.

8. Intra-department coordination with the organization (Omron) to deliver the best services & solutions as per the commitment given to customers.

9. Responsible to plan seminars/ product demos/ road shows at customer\'s site as per the requirement.0. Reports and MIS preparation & analysis.

Job Requirement:

Educational Qualification:
Qualification: B.E or equivalent diploma. MBA will be an addon advantage.

Work Experience:

5 to 7 years of experience of industrial automation sales in OEM business, Automotive, FMCG Pharma, Whitegoods, Energy, Digital, Panel Builders, Infrastructure North India region ( Chandigarh, Ludhaina, HP, J&K, Harayana etc)
Experience of Safety and Vision business will be an addon advantage.
Experience in Industrial Automation products like - PLC, HMI, SCADA, Motion Servos, Sensors, Control components, panel components, SPS, relays, Vision etc.

Behavioural Skills:
Ability to work under pressure, target oriented and dedicate extra hours if needed on assignments. Competent to handle product demo and technical queries for customers.

Functional Competencies:
Should have thorough knowledge on Power point and Advance excel.

Travel: Within India as and when required but majorly within North India.
