You will be working as Senior Engineer - OEM Sales and will be part of B&R - ABB\'s Robotics and Discrete Automation Business Area for Machine Automation division based in Ahmedabad, India. In this role you will be reporting to Branch Head Manager and will be responsible for sales of products/systems/services within a designated market in accordance with strategy. Achieving both qualitative and quantitative sales targets in a profitable way: order growth, revenues, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction. Building long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Your responsibilities Planning regular meetings with customers and TCs Understanding of customer requirements or the market segment and the trends along with preparing techno-commercial offers Involving in negotiating, finalizing and coordinating with customer and internal B&R team for smooth execution Promoting technical training and participating in brand promotion through exhibition, seminars and product demos Recording customer visit and updating the CRM (customer relationship management) entries regularly along with the latest in technological innovation Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensuring know-how sharing and cross-collaboration Managing administrative procedures in sales processes, and supporting collection and project management activities when required Your background Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering (Electricals / Electronics/Instrumentation / Mechatronics) Minimum 2 to 7 years of working experience in construction, infrastructure and pharmaceutical OEMs for the automation products sales Skills in industrial sales Good knowledge about industrial automation products like PLC, HMI, servo drive and motors, VFD, vision systems and linear motion system Excellent communication and negotiating skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and address key issues with maximum integrity and professionalism More about us B&R Industrial Automation GmbH is a manufacturer of automation technology and ABB\'s global center for machine and factory automation.
