What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:
To oversee and coordinate the daily service warehousing activities. The primary function is responsible for fulfilling the reverse collection of Service Spares from the field. Maintain records pertaining to reverse logistics and make ensure reconciliation of stock with partners and other clients are done on periodical basis. Ensuring Minimum Stock level at all external Service warehouses through continous co-ordination with SCM Team and warehouse Team. Monitor delivery schedule performance of external warehouses and maintain records.
- "Liaison with external warehouse team for reverse logistics collection of service spares from the field (Customer)
- Organize stocks and maintain inventory accuracy in warehouse.
- Maintain records of reconciliation between Service Partner and Warehouse Stock
- Monitor ageing of field stock and generation of stock reports
- Organize warehouse space and maintain 5S+ standards.
- Co-ordination with warehouse team for yearly inventory audit completion.
- verification of logistics related warehouse billing
- Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
- Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures and demonstrate Continuous Improvement culture.
- Keep warehouse clean and organised daily
- Conduct quarterly inventory audit on Field stock and reconciliation of stock for the differences."
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Graduate
- 5 years + and in Warehouse/Logistics Operations
Skills:
- Warehouse Logistics Management
- Effective communication, problem-solving skills, creativity, adaptability and work ethic and aggressive
