Job Description
Process Planning, evaluation of the requirement of appropriate tools, jigs, fixtures and any facilities required for the new process, Equipment Procurement, Installation, Commissioning and Trial run off. Preparation of Assembly line floor plan layout, in AutoCAD. Project management, Line balancing, Conducting & updating time and motion studies for work optimization, determining cycle time and implementing lean concepts wherever required. Responsible for continuous process improvements, quality improvement, cost reduction, error proofing, storage, material handling, and general documentation approach. Cross Functional Team member in new product developments. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9400,000.00 - 9700,000.00 per year Benefits:
