Job Description
One of our esteemed clients is looking for a Senior Engineer- Process Development.
The role is for growth-oriented people with entrepreneurial mindset
Responsibilities
To define, documents, control, maintain and improve all manufacturing processes including CNC turning, VMC, centreless grinding
, hardening, stamping and assembly for precision mechanical components
Tool and machines setting for CNC turning, VMC etc
To troubleshoot component manufacturing process and quality issues
To Support continual improvement in outgoing product quality
Experience in tool/machine and trouble shooting for CNC tuning,VMC, and centreless grinding .
Knowledge / Skills
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and tooling including CNC turning.
, VMC, mechanical presses and assembly for precision mechanical components
Understanding mechanical engineering drawings for precision components
Troubleshooting of quality and productivity issues
