Senior Marketing Director

Role : VP Marketing
We are an ITES service company. We are looking for someone who can bring in proven experience driving marketing projects. The role involves working closely with the CMO to drive the marketing strategy for international markets i.e., US and Europe. Managing marketing support teams like content, SEO, branding, products, etc. to provide exceptional marketing value to the business units.

Location : Pune (Hybrid Work Mode)

Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer

Responsibilities :

- Develop effective GTM, Digital Marketing campaigns, Lead Generation programs, Product Positioning strategies, Communications, Branding, etc.

- Lead the development and deployment of an integrated global marketing plan aligned with the business priorities.

- Identify and monitor emerging trends and opportunities in the industry, and work with business leaders to build the brand, relationships, and revenue in key markets.

- Develop in-depth knowledge of product offerings to create effective product messaging and positioning that resonates with the firm\'s target buyer personas.

- Responsible for Collaboration with colleagues to develop and implement an appropriate mix of activities that highlight Companies ESG (Environment, Social & Governance) expertise through flagship thought leadership, PR, social and digital strategies, and account-based programs.

Potential candidates would have:

- 14 to 18 years of marketing experience in Financial Services marketing.

- Extensive marketing program management, digital marketing awareness and organizational skills.

- Deep experience with marketing automation, marketing analytics, and strong writing skills.

- Awareness of ESG and Responsible Investment trends, analysis, and best practices would be a plus.

- Proven experience in successful lead generation campaigns for new product launches in the US and Europe.
